Office collaboration supports shared editing of supported office files. Diagram and Project editors check revisions when saving; they do not offer live multi-cursor editing. Guest links allow viewing and downloading only.
Explore the core workspace with up to 10 team members: documents, Word/Excel/PDF editing, audits, CAPA and access controls. IMS Pulse Auto, PowerPoint, diagram editing and Project editing require an active Professional or Enterprise subscription. No card is required to start.
The displayed price covers one tenant workspace and its stated member and storage limits. Enterprise provides more capacity; it does not include multiple tenant workspaces under one subscription.
Annual subscriptions are charged once per year at the displayed annual amount. Monthly subscriptions are charged monthly. Review the total and recurring agreement on the checkout page before proceeding.
Your workspace becomes read only. Authorised members can view and download existing records. Uploads, editing, collaboration, new audits, CAPA changes and team administration require an active trial or paid subscription.
Current files and all retained revision files count towards your storage allowance. Uploads and new revisions are checked against the limit. Choose a plan that fits your existing workspace usage.
An administrator can review a different plan or billing frequency from the billing page. Changes update the existing renewal agreement and take effect after the next verified renewal payment. No charge is taken today and no prorated credit applies. Downgrades must fit your workspace usage. You can also cancel automatic renewal while retaining access through the paid period.
Basic PowerPoint edits save as .pptx revisions; advanced slide objects are preserved but locked. Legacy .ppt and Visio files remain downloadable. Basic single-page diagrams save as .drawio revisions. Microsoft Project .mpp imports save as Project XML. Original uploads remain in revision history. Native .vsdx and .mpp export is not available.
IMS Pulse Agriculture supports compliance records and workflows. It does not issue ISO certificates or guarantee regulatory compliance. Your organisation remains responsible for its procedures and certification process.
