Themba’s keen eye for good business opportunities is surpassed only by his great passion for performance. His negotiation skills and ability to convert business possibilities to opportunities have led to a bankable business.
His work experience, which spans over several sectors of the economy, started at Standard Corporate and Merchant Bank where he worked on numerous corporate actions.
He joined the Johannesburg Stock Exchange(JSE), in 1998, where he would later head the Continuing Obligations department within their listings division. While working at the JSE Themba was further exposed to different sectors of the economy when drafting market notices for the JSE overnight committee and dealing with continuing obligations issues.
In January 2008 Themba left the JSE to open his own business consultancy advising different clients on business development and strategy.
He joined Idwala Industrial Holdings (Idwala) in September 2011, where he worked in different areas of their logistics department.
Themba left Idwala in September 2018 and is currently a founding member of Bulk Dynamics (Pty) Limited where he holds the position of Managing Director.

As an experienced and innovative director his approach to business is one of sophisticated logic when analysing problems and determining workable solutions.
Wayne`s success lies in his dedication, personal integrity and perseverance. He is dependable and reliable when supporting and enabling fellow team members in the effort of producing genuine long-term sustainable development.
Wayne is currently the General Manager of North West Bulk Carriers, a large transport and logistics business with a fleet in excess of 100 vehicles.
Nonty is a young, passionate, and dedicated professional who has excelled in the logistics and supply chain industry for the past 10 years.

Nonty is a young, passionate, and dedicated professional who has excelled in the logistics and supply chain industry for the past 10 years. It is at Imperial Logistics where her core training in operations management was cemented as a management trainee. Access to elite networks such SAPICS gave birth to the strong links and relationships harnessed today.
She is a qualified logistician with a Bcom Honours in Logistics Management from the University of Johannesburg (UJ). It is at UJ where she was groomed to be a respected leader and innovator in industry, whilst creating and passing down expert knowledge within the Department of Transport and Supply Chain Management.
Her leadership and admirable communication skills led to her being an interim contract manager for one of Imperial’s clients in its bulk division. It was at this point where momentum in her career growth took a turn to the mining industry which gave authenticity to the “value-add” attitude that caught the attention of business.
Currently, she serves in one of the biggest FMCG companies in South Africa, handling their outsourcing business – aligning her relationship management trade to the basics of running an operation from inbound to its outbound within the supply chain.
